Measurements request!

Hi people, I was looking at lolibrary and saw this jumperskirt by ETC (Woodland Animals).



However the information page is empty. I was wondering if someone owns that dress and would be able to provide me with the measurements (bust, waist, and lenght!), because I just fell in love and I want to know if it fits me!
