MomoCon Meet up/Swap Party?

I'm not sure if posting about meet up's are okay, I did'nt see anything in the rules.

I tried looking through the search to see if anyone else has posted about it and nothing since 2010. >w<

So, I was wanting to know if there was going to be a lolita meet up at MomoCon?
I've been looking around to hear word on one, but haven't so far.

If not, it'd be nice to make one!
I usually see a good amount of loli's at Momo every year.

Since I'm new to the fashion, it'd be nice to make new friends as well. :)
