Coordinating fully shirred items?

Specifically speaking skirts with fully elasticated waistbands-I'm used to partial or no shirring and am recently in the process of ordering my first full elasticated waisted skirt. It's occurred to me I'm not entirely sure how to wear it. I'm used to tucking my blouses in but with a shirred waist I think it would look rather silly, though leaving the blouse untucked just seems so sloppy to me or too casual for my tastes. The only other option I can think of is a large belt to disguise it but with the style of belts that doesn't really seem to follow the Lolita aesthetic (unless someone can point out a place for Loliable belts I may be missing?).

Any suggestions? I'm really excited for this skirt but can't think of any way to coordinate it!
