Up dated info for Mbok proxies?

I looked through the history and all I am finding is some older things so...........

Can anyone point me in the right direction or tell me who they use when going Mbok shopping?
If you have done this before can you tell me some about the experience and what it entailed?  

This is my first time seriously looking into this so I could use all the help I can get.
