HYPER JAPAN LOLITA BRING & BUY SALE 2012

Following the success of the Lolita Bring and Buy stall last year, we are pleased to announce that we will be having the stall again this year at Hyper Japan 2012!

Just to refresh you on how it works: The Lolita Bring and Buy stall gives lolitas the opportunity to sell second-hand clothes, shoes and accessories to Hyper Japan attendees on the Saturday and Sunday of the event (25th – 26th February) without having to pay any form of fees other than covering the cost of posting the items to us and the cost for us to return you any unsold goods after the event.

We do not mind whether the goods are brand, off-brand or home-made.

You do not need to be present on the days that the stall is running as there will be volunteers (you can also apply to be a volunteer and play "shop" with us!), but we will need to receive all the items you wish to sell, posted to us by 17th February 2012. We are willing to make some exceptions with regards to allowing new goods to be brought to the stall during the event, but you will need to check that with us first by emailing us.

If you would like to pick up unsold goods on the day, that is fine, but please bring some form of ID with you.

Each person can sell a maximum of 15 items at the booth. Allotment of items at the stall over the weekend will be on a first-come-first-served basis, but we will rotate the items and restock as spaces come available.

Note for volunteers:** If you would like to volunteer to sell items on the stall, we have some spaces available for the following timeslots:

Saturday 10am - 1pm, 2-5pm, 5-7.30pm

Sunday 10am – 1pm, 2-5pm

Each volunteer will receive free entry on the day that they work and lunch will be included.
