I'm new to Lolita as a personal fashion. But, I've loved the fashion for a few years now. after watching makelovelyblogs new video on youtube http://www.youtube.com/user/makelovelyblog?feature=g-u-u  I become curious of what made a dream dress, skirt, shoe, blouse etc… a dream. I have comprised a list of a few items but, as young adult/teenager/college student it isn’t reasonable to spend $200-$400 on a dress I want when I need other things. But oh how I dream of the day my dress come in the mail, the occasions I would wear them to, and the outfits I would coordinate with each dress. This then got me to thinking, what did it take other lolitas to acquire their dream items or you still on the hunt?

Here are a few of my dreams items:

Innocent world:

This would be the first classic dress I ever fell in love

with. Through this dress I went onto to find my love of

the whole classic style itself. This piece is on the top

of my list.

Baby the stars sine bright:

Baby the Stars Shine Bright Ribbon Melody Coat (white)                                                      Baby the stars shine bright Swan Lake JSK

This coat means a lot to me, in the beginning                        this is just sentimental value here. As a
I thought was only a means of getting dressed up                  dancer I think it’s awesome to combine

for fun only. (like how a kid might dress up and go out to       two of my loves Lolita and ballet
a   show their friends). but after finding out its an actual style
and a life style to many. I realized that I want to place this
style into different aspects of my life including winter wear.

Angelic Pretty:

This is like my sweet guilty pleasure. I don’t easily fall in               This is like my dream birthday dress.

love with Aps prints. But this one just made me fall. I love            I can dress up, go out, and feel .

the soft drawing style of the print and the theme is original            amazing The softness of the print

again is beautiful. Im looking for  this

at the moment because my 18th

birthday is in 6 months any hints where
to get it or a replica that would be

great. (I think the sax is pretty as well)

METAMORPHOSE:

This is honestly probably on the bottom of the list

but it made the list so I must love it to some reason

but I don’t know why I’m drawn to it. But its elegant

and pretty so it stays.  Im a fan of the jsk as well

Now that I look at it all it looks more like a dream closet but, can you blame me? I’m a beginner so I kind of just want it all, I’m sure as I age so will my style and preferences. Now that I have shared it’s your turn, I want you to show your adventures of acquiring your dream items and what made them so special? Have you gotten all of them or are you still hunting for that perfect thing to add to your collection?  I’m sure all of us would be inspired by your tales.
