shops that have tippets/collars or any DIY tutorials?

I'm not sure if I should have posted this on comm sales, but i'm not yet planning to buy yet :o.

I've fallen in love with tippets especially deer fur print like the innocent world one or just plain black. I've checked major brands but it seems they're sold out lately. So i'm wondering if there are other stores that do sell tippets or also if anybody had a tutorial on making one?
