'Who's this newbie?'

Hello EGL community! I couldn't really find a place for it on here, but I just wanted to introduce myself. Hi I'm Simone and I'm super new to the world of Lolita. So finally after almost a year of drooling over sweet Lolita well everything, I've started in my Lolita adventure today. So I'm looking for some Lolitas who would like to chat or  just say hello. I thought this would be a good place to start! So as a newbie I was wondering where is the best place for inexpensive petticoats? I need one  for my starter sets.
