Wild Lolita Spotting!

I saw you on the 4th floor of the University of Houston's Fine Arts building! Your hair/wig was in a short curly blonde style and you were wearing black and white outfit with a headdress and one of the bodyline tote bags.


I just wanted to say you looked really cute! But I was too shy and I looked bad OTL You're the first lolita I've seen outside of a convention or meetup. O: I also wanted to ask you if you're part of the Houston loli community yet?
