Opinions on Lolita Consignment/Second Hand Shops?

Hello everyone! I'm just out of college and have recently become a housewife. I've been looking for some sort of online business venture for a while now, and I came across the idea of a lolita consignment shop. Not wanting to jump the gun on this idea without a bit of research,  I was wondering:

What is your opinion on second hand lolita clothing shops? Do you think you would buy from or sell to one, or would you rather use the com sales? Any other input on the subject?
