So Meta sent me the wrong luckypack...
I'm hoping someone can give me some advise here, as i'm a bit stuck with what to do.
So when the Metamorphose winter luckypacks where announced, i decided to buy one. I ordered and payed for the
JSK LP (the 15,000 Yen one) 3 Days ago i received my LP in the post, Unfortunately they sent me the skirt LP (the 10,000 Yen one)
I have sent them an email with all my information, order number and proof photos, but its been 3 days and i have not heard back from them :(
I don't know what to do next. Has anyone ever had a similar problem? How was it resolved?
