In Novemember I participated in a group reserve for some angelic pretty replica cardigans, I paid the deposit and then the seller lost touch with me. I waited too long to get my money back but I officially filed a complaint and asked for my money back. The 8th is the first time the seller has contacted me, even though I'd been trying to get into contact with her for a month and had given up on ever hearing from her again or getting my money back. The only reason she contacted me was to bill me for the rest of the cardigans! All she said was "Sorry about the delay."
I'm livid, I no longer think she's a reliable seller and I don't want to do business with her any more. I'm not the only person from the order who has had issues, most people filed claims in time to get their down payment back.
My question is, would I be in the right if I refused to pay the rest of my order and asked for my money back (again)? She made me a commitment when she offered a service, and the service wasn't provided in the way she said it would be.
I'm confused as to what to do, as I REALLY don't want to do any more business with her anymore because I know I can't trust her.
What would you guys do?
