Review - Ebay seller Victorianchoice2009 POSITIVE

Hello everyone! I had been browsing around ebay for Lolita dresses and came across this seller: Victorianchoice2009 and this particular dress:





Now judging from the photo, the construction of the dress looks pretty nice but the top portion's fabric looks a little shiny so I could not really tell if this area was satin or whether the dress was just made out of a thick, cottony material with a "sheen" to it. Seeing that I was absolutely in love with the style of the dress, I decided to purchase it ($68.99 + $7.95 shipping = $76.94 total).


Shipping & Delivery: I purchased the dress on December 17 and it arrived 3 days later, December 20 in a large Priority Mail box (which I forgot to take a photo ;_;). The dress itself was wrapped in a thick plastic bag. I apologize for the poor photo quality as they were taken with my phone's camera~








Quality: I was pleasantly shocked at the feel of the garment... This is not made of cheap material-the fabric is thick, of a good weight...It could easily pass for a brand dress ^_^; I did a quick inspection for any loose threads and couldn't find any. No buttons falling off either! Because the material is thick, I would suggest wearing 2 petticoats or just wearing a single "strong" one. Though I ordered in a size Medium and am able to fit(36" bust and 28" waist), I feel that getting the size L would have allowed more "breathing" room ;X

Overall: I will definitely buy from this seller again in the near future. If you browse through their listed items, many of their dresses are floor-length Victorian-styled gowns. I asked if they were going to be introducing more Lolita-length dresses (there are a few up on their ebay) and they said they will be listing more styles :) So just keep an eye out!
