Addressing Help DX

Hi everyone,

As the title says, I'm having trouble sending a package to China as I have no idea how to format the address or whether to write it in chinese characters or pinyin or just plain English. I've Googled how but all the information given is slightly different. China Post's website is unhelpful as the official guide given for foreigners is for domestic letters and it doesn't give a complete example anyway. My own post office just confused me and the person I'm sending the dresses back to was equally unhelpful.

I know that the address I was given is incomplete because there is no postal code and is incredibly short for a country that is divided into provinces and then cities and I think also countys? I'm going to email the girl back asking for the missing information but that's also a problem because I don't know what to ask for.
