Stocking Shock?

Hiya,

I was wonder what peoples experience on here is with a UK company called Stocking Shock, I've ordered wrist cuffs from them before with no problem but my mum placed an order with them in September for a dress and a few accessories and the seller keeps giving her excuses saying this and that has broken, if it's true then it's very unfortunate but to me this screams scammer, advice?
