A few questions on a op i found on taobao

I found this op on taobao in a shop called dream garden and i haven't found anything in the memories about this shop. was just wondering is anyone here has purchased it, or seen it real life. I would like to know what the quality is like or if the quality isn't so good, what would you recomend instead? thanks.
