Bodyline has refunded me for the damaged skirt after I filed the dispute, and put the money back in my account right away. I see no notice that I've been blacklisted or any such matter. Thank you, Bodyline. I'm excited to keep our relationship open!
I emailed Bodyline asking what they could do, figuring they'd at least give me a refund or send me a new skirt if I was really lucky. The email I received this morning caused some serious disappointment."Hello. You can repair it. Have a nice day. Thank you."
