Rainy Days - Constructive Advice Please

I have a new cardi (off white) that got stained when the non-colorfasted lace (navy blue) of one of my jackets bled onto it while out in Monday's freezing rain. T_T. I immediately threw it in the wash several times with 7th Generation Non-Chlorine Bleach, Ecover concentrated detergent and Ecover softner. I let it soak for 24 hours in the bleach and detergent.

So far, it has dulled the color from a vibrant navy to a faint lavender stain. I am tired of treating the entire cardi.  So, I dried it and then put bleach on the stain using (natural) q-tips for accuracy. I will let it sit for atleast 48 hours before washing it... yet again.

The reason I listed the specific types of cleansers I used, is bc I am wanting more advice on the subject using only earth friendly stain removers. Any suggestions?  Constructive advice is appreciated and desired.  Thank you!
