Question regarding F+F corset skirt.

Hi I have interest in this skirt http://www.fanplusfriend.com/servlet/the-187/Classical-Gothic-Lolita-cln-Bustle-Tiered/Detail the problem is I dont know the length of the skirt. I emailed F+F about it. But they just kept saying it was knee length and if i needed a specific length I should order custom. The problem with customs is its more likely to involve mistakes and I dont want to end up with some kind of lopsided skirt. Basically my question is, does anyone who own this skirt have an idea of how long it is? I know I can get the skirt in calf length but thats a little longer than I want and I'm worried the knee length will be short. I know for my height which is 165 cm and what Fanplusfriend lists as the standard they go by, 22 inches is about the top of my knee. the problem with that is, if i put on a petti plus my big rear, the skirt will end up pretty short esp in the back. and i feel super uncomfortable in short skirts plus i'll look super silly. so any advisement from you ladies would be good. Also has anyone had to order a custom length from F+F before? Did it turn ok? I am considering have it custom so its a little longer but I just worry about the result.
