Witch hat help!

Hey everybody!  As you probably already know, Halloween is just around the corner.  I am having a bit of trouble procuring a witch hat that doesn't look, well...cheap and stupid.  Seeing as many loli stores and etsy sellers have a talent for making hats, I was wondering if anyone knew where to find a good witch hat?  A full-sized one, not a mini hat.  Preferably something similar in shape to this one:
