BTSSB 2011 Dress Identification Help (link to BTSSB fashion show vid)

Hey ladies! I'm not sure you can help me but I felt like I had to try. I was watching the 2011 BTSSB fashion show youtube and I saw one dress I really love.

I suppose it may not be out yet because I can't find anything on their site. But I really want this dress if I can get it!
