Bodyline shipping help!

I'm sure this has been asked before a million times but for some reason I cant find it in the memories.
I posted a !WTB Used tea parties this morning on the Egl Sales but apparently it's still being modifed because it's not up yet???? I don't understand that- but whatever.
My question is:
I would like to get some cheap tea parties ASAP, how fast does Bodyline ship to the US?(I'm in California)
In other words, if I ordered some shoes this weeked with the cheapest shipping (EMS) would I have them in time for Halloween?
