Hi everybody, I would like to start an activity in EGL that I hope everyone can enjoy. The name is "Dress me up!"
We are going to be little dolls for another Lolita to dress us up smilar to Poupee Girls but in real life!
To participate, please read below
You need to fill these format:
LJ_name:
Poupee/Flirk/Photobucket: (your virtual closet link)
Closet meme: (if you did a closet meme, please post the link here as this will help others get a better idea of what's in your closet)
Picture: (link of a picture of yourself as a frame of reference for your coordinator)
I want a (optional): (for example: "I want a summery/winter coordinate", "I'm going to a date with my bf", etc)
After you submit the entry, I'll PM you with the information of the girl who is going to coordinate you and who are you going to coordinate also. This will be pairs so you dress each other up!
To have some organization here are some important dates:
Entry deadline: October 15 - 10am PST.
Stylist to submit coordinate: October 18 - 10pm PST (extended)
Wearer to submit a picture: October 23 - 10am PST
You'll have almost one week to wear it, take a photo and PM me, I'll post the final result on Monday October 24.
There is also a possibility that your partner will pick a coordinate that you might not feel comfortable wearing. I encourage collaboration between you and your partner so that you both end up with something you are proud of :-)
I know that not everyone has a Lolita only Poupee closet so please use your best judgment for what would be a good coordinate with the lolita aesthetics. Also, there are going to be times when you might not still own something that's in your poupee closet. Feel free to let your partner know which items you don't have anymore either before or after they suggest you the coordinate. Good luck everyone!
