Cute headpiece tutorial

Soooooo, , a while ago my favorite artist, Kerli, posted a tutorial on a cute little head piece. I realized that it could quite possibly be used in Lolita and decided to share! I can imagine it with cute flowers and other stuff. So now I'll stop yapping and just give the link. Enjoy. :)
