AP pricing help?

I'm looking to get an idea of how much an AP Tiara Rose OP with matching headbow goes for these days.
Also, are there any general pricing guidelines? (For example, what makes some JSKs ~$400 and others ~$200?)
Based on a Tiara Rose JSK I saw on the sales comm earlier I was thinking $250 for the set...acceptable? 
Mine really is lavender with the choker just tied awkwardly like a bracelet in my picture.

I know being worn a few times (twice in my case) vs being brand new effects price, but by how much?
