Full body shot of what my girlfriend and I wore. I'm on the right.

We spent a while making her balancing pole. You can't really see it in the photos, but it's deco'd all over with pearls, jewels, marabou, small birds, ribbons and tinsel. We even used Alice and the Pirates ribbons. It took a while to make, but was a nice couples project.

I almost always have a silly expression....

Upclose shots.

My girlfriend bought a mini polaroid camera when she was on vacation in China this year.
I think this was, hands down, both of ours' favorite memento from that weekend.
I like the nostalgic quality of the photos it takes.

The theme for the party was literary heroines.
The shop girls said it was okay if I was a male character, so I chose to be Aramis from the Three Musketeers.
I think I ended up being less "manly" and more of a Takarazuka version of him...
Me with the winner for Baby the Stars Shine Bright.
She was Anne of Green Gables.
I was shocked that I won for Alice and the Pirates!

You can't see it very well here, but I had painted the sword to look better, deco'd the blade, guard, and hilt, with jewels.

My buddy Brian took this photo. I like his B&W photography a lot.

Thanks for looking, everyone. As with all my posts, C&C encouraged.
