White or Black, that is my dilemma (among others)

Hello girls!I feel like doing a bit of impulsive shopping today at IW so I'm getting this JSK that I really like (remind me of my high school uniform); however, I'm at a loss as to what blouse I should use and what shoe color, specifically white or black. Anny suggestions?
P.S. Does anyone have a picture of this JSK being worn?
