Juliette et Justine Happy Bag for my birthday !

Hi EGL !

I may have bought the last of the size 2 Juliette et Justine Happy Pack. I paid on Monday, received the shipping confirmation on Wednesday and received it today, way in advance for my birthday ! This is my first time purchasing a happy bag and Misaka, the JeJ rep, was very friendly and helpful all along, and I'm really glad to receive it early :)

Pictures under the cut :)

It came in the little black bag just like everyone else's. All the clothings were folded and kept in a single clear resealable plastic bag inside.

When I first got the package, I couldn't help but notice how thin the pack felt compared to the wrapped up skirt I got when I bought my first  ever Lolita item from them some years back. But then, you can't judge till you find what's inside...

This is the first item that I saw and took out from the plastic package. For a moment I thought I got the dress. It turned out to be the bolero and it's good because I needed a bolero :)

The second item that I pulled out was the overdress that many others seemed to have received as well. I got the beige version.

And this blouse followed:

The headband was sandwiched between the JSK and the blouse.

And last but not least, this JSK right at the bottom...

Here is a picture of all the items put together ...

It has just what I needed - a bolero and a blouse I could wear under a JSK - as well as an overskirt, a JSK and a headbow. And the best thing is that they match !

Sizing, In case anyone is curious about the sizing and the fit:

I ordered a size 2 Happy Pack. My bust measurement is about 92cm and waist is about 66cm.
The blouse and the bolero fitted pretty well. The JSK fits with room to spare. It is a bit large, most noticably on the upper back. There was a bit of space around my torso too. I think a slightly bustier girl would be able to wear it without any difficulty, but if I were to keep the JSK, I'd fix it with a blouse, if not a few professional stitches from a seamstress. The overdress however was a little smaller, it fitted just enough. :)

If anyone is curious, my quick rough mental calculation says that the combined value of all the items were just over 90,000 yen, just as they promised.

That's all !
Hope you enjoyed the post :)
