My best friend of Dragoness Cosplay and I are hosting a cosplay event at Maymont Park in Richmond, VA on September 4th and would like to invite lolitas as well! Basically the event is a meet and greet open to anyone who wishes to come dressed up or not, but we are having some of our photographer friends come and the gardens are a really lovely place to take pictures. The event is BYOF or you can always bring some to share with others! I'm probably going to make a ton of sushi to share :3
