Looking for info on this MM OP

Hi ladies! I'm looking for some information on the Mary Magdalene Carlotta OP that was released last year. Specifically, I'm asking about the Shell Rose colorway.




This is my dream dress! On the Mary Magdalene website, it says that this dress was a Kera store exclusive (that is if Google translator is doing its job properly). Were fewer dresses produced in this colorway? How common are they to find secondhand? How much should I expect to pay for one in good condition?
