meta co-ord help wanted, making it less country

i was hoping to get some help with getting an outfit together useing this meta jsk



i want to get away from the country style and aim more towards sweet or casual, any ideas welcome!
i dont mind having to buy a few new things to make it work so please give suggestions :)
