Too small for Baby, the stars shine Bright and others regular brand!

 Hi people!

I'm a French lolita, and I've a big probleme : I'm too smal for a lot of lolita brand. I've a Baby dress and i'm forced to tight the shirring lace but it always gape...
My MmM dress equally don't fit on my chest  :S 
It's very difficult to find blouse, even with push ups bra, the blouses fall from my shoulders.

If you can help me to fine a brand who can fit better, or some tips, please leave a comment.
