I hastly bought a dress three years ago, and now I'm wiser but unsure what to do with it.......

So I bought a dress off ebay from Momo's Fairytale World three years ago. It was a xmas gift from my grandmother, I had sent her a few links from ebay and like 1 from bodyline (not knowing the evils of ebay at the time), and I had gotten unlucky and gotten the ebay dress, and not BL. Now that I am older and wiser in the ways of lolita, I don't really feel so comfortable wearing it. It feels too costumey, not my style, and a little awkward. I'll post some old pics of it, and review the awkward parts. I just don't know if I should sell it to someone (It's not the worst piece out there), sell it on some cosplay-type website, or just goodwill it/let it sit in my closet for eternity. Any opinions?
It's got a cute rufflebutt, but the material is shiney. However, the black material feels like cotton or at least a blend, and isn't so dreadful.
I took off the bottom riffle, because it was akward and shiney material. It has a collar that is made of the same material, but looks difficult to remove ,kind of maid-like, and the sleeves are boxy ( i pin them back), it has one row of bad lace, that isn't much of a problem, but the white is a cute croche material that is actually very nice. It's a bit big, which might be what makes it so awkward. So, would you say this is too 'ita' to pass on to some other poor soal, or do you think someone else, maybe a newcomer, a bit bigger then me, could find love for it?
