I sent an email three days ago trying to buy some items. I have not received a reply but suddenly everything I asked about is now marked "Sold Out." I am wondering if anyone here has experience with ordering from them via email? I would have assumed this meant they are going to invoice me for the items. However, sometimes on Closet Child they will receive my email, go to check for the items on the floor and then realize they're sold out.
Any input is appreciated! Thanks.
EDIT: They invoiced me this morning for the total. I still haven't received an email in return but I guess everything worked out! Thanks again for all of your help everyone. I'll definitely keep trying to get an account but if not apparently I can still use the cart. Woooooo
