Can anyone tell me what this doll is wearing?

I REALLY want to buy this doll, but I would also eventually like to buy the real life clothes to match her outfit, so can anyone tell me, or better yet send me the link, what she's wearing? Her accessories would also be nice, but just what the print she's wearing is called would be the most helpful. I THINK it's Sugary Carnival but I can't really tell..
