Have you bought from....? I need a petti quick!

Greetings! I've been workin on a petticoat for a little bit and I ran out of tule so there's a small side that doesn't have any tule. I'm in a bit of a panic since Otakon is Friday and I have no petti. I've looked at a few stores for ones that I can possibly quickly buy that would get here in a few and the two I've looked at seem okay but I want to know if anyone has bought from these people recently and if so how was the quality. Any other suggestions will help too!

First is the etsy seller trishalyn007's Organza petticoat, http://www.etsy.com/listing/77550370/white-organza-petticoat. She has nice dresses as well but that's not why I'm there lol

I'm only wearing skirts so I certainly need the petti to not look like I'm just going to a party. Should I just try to fix my home made one?

Also I don't want to put a WTB up on comm until I get paid which is tomorrow and until I figure out if I should just work on my petti. Thank you for reading!
