I also ordered a pair of shoes and a petticoat. The petticoat was in stock (but I only learned that it wasn't available in the colour I wanted THIS month!) but I think the shoes had to be custom made and the Rose Melody set is a JSK, underskirt, blouse and bonnet that also had to be custom made, so I expected a waiting time from the beginning.
But I'm getting worried now, especially as the Paypal deadline for asking for a refund is of course long gone.
I have been in touch with the SS, who sent me a picture of the parcel and said he sent it off at the start of July. He said I had to wait until after that weekend (he sent it on a Friday) for the parcel to pass the sorting office and that I'd get a tracking number after that, but I've waited three weeks now and no tracking number. I asked him and he said this was normal, but I don't really understand why it's taking so long just to get a tracking number.
This is why I'm asking for help... does anyone have any experience with this? Does it really take that long to get tracking with SEA shipping from wherever it is that ClobbaOnline ship?
I'm worried... I don't mind waiting but this wait is VERY long and now I just want to know where my parcel is. v.v
