Otakon Swap Meet + Master list of all Lolita related events!

What: Otakon 2011 Lolita fashion swap meet.
When: Sat. 30th at 2:30pm
Where: Level 400
We will be meeting on the top level of the convention center, this is where the ballrooms are located. We will be meeting near ballroom 3 (see the X's on the map) If necessary we can use the hallway next to our meeting spot for extra space.



Important things to remember:

~Please label everything that you are bringing with you to the swap with prices and other useful info (i.e. name of the clothing, If you are willing to trade, take a partial trade or are willing to take offers on a certain item)
~We must stay out of the way of any Otakon lines, elevators, escalators, stairs and foot traffic. We are permitted to use this space AS LONG as we keep to ourselves, keep our volume reasonable and are neat with the things we bring to the swap.
~Please help to leave the area as nice, if not nicer than it was when we got there when we're all finished. I'd like for us to make our meeting as easy and pleasant on the Otakon staff as we possibly can!
~We only have floor space! Most people will simply lay out their items on the floor in front of them. If you are concerned about putting your items on the convention center floor, you may want to consider bringing something to lay your things on.
~There is no limit to what you can and cannot bring! Bring what you can carry!
~You are solely responsible for anything that you bring with you! Any damage/loss/theft (hopefully none will occur anyway!) is your responsibility.

Anything Lolita related goes! Don't be shy to bring out your Offbrand, handmade or even your Dollfies!
This space, as well as the rest of the convention center is of course handicap accessible.
