Japonicamarket urgent order help

so I found my ~*Dream print*~ in righr colour at Mbok. And ofc I really sant to buy it. This is My very first time dealing with Mbok, ss and wotnot. The item only has a day left on it ends 17th of July around 11:00 Tokyo time. And my only chance to lay a bid is tomorrow morning (gmt+1). And by that, it's less than 24h left! So I figured that I need to use the "Urgent order" thing at Japonica. And I'm completely confused and worried. They say you must write down the "Membership Number". And I have no idea what that is! And how do I find/get it ASAP? Also the amount of money that you'll "give" them through paypal in this momento is that the amount you want to have as your highes bid? Man, this is bugging me. I don't even know if there's enough money on my mothers paypal :( * stressed out and worried* Thanks in advanced! And sorry if there's typos and stuff I'm on my iPhone in my bed already half sleeping. And if I don't reply to a comment I've fallen asleep lol xD
