While the main skirt is complete-ish, I still would like some more advice on how to make it EVEN MORE lolita-ish as an outfit.
Also, do you think the blouse is too white to go with the skirt?

I was also planning on having red translucent ruffles under the skirt, and I might make them to attach to the petticoat, but maybe that would be too much?

Yes, I know my petticoat is too long. >_<

Also, should the bow's center section be narrower?

Thank you to everyone in the community for your help! Without you, this would not be nearly as fun and I wouldn't love my skirt so much. ^^

**Edit: THANKS SO MUCH to everyone who helped me out by providing feedback. I've completed the skirt - at least for now. I'll be sure to post photos of it's debut at MiniComi at UBC in about a week and a half! If you'd like to see it now, you can see my post over at Sew_Loli!**
