While the main skirt is complete-ish, I still would like some more advice on how to make it EVEN MORE lolita-ish as an outfit.
Also, do you think the blouse is too white to go with the skirt?

I was also planning on having red translucent ruffles under the skirt, and I might make them to attach to the petticoat, but maybe that would be too much?

Yes, I know my petticoat is too long. >_<

Also, should the bow's center section be narrower?
