Quick question ladies - what's the name of this dress in the black and white stripes on the left?

This is a photo I came across on Flickr while looking at shots from the Japan Expo in Paris from 2009. I'm a sucker for anything striped-I looked through Hello Lace but couldn't find it. (it's very possible I just skipped over it, there's so many dresses from AP in there it got hazy after a few pages, lol...)
