F+F Secret EGL Stalker EXPOSED!: egl

I think that it's really good that companies take EGL seriously. It's good market research to find out what your customers really think about your product, but I find it immoral to try to change public opinion with secret spies...

HERE IS THE LONG VERSION:
I recently purchased a F+F blouse. When I was disappointed with the poor quality of what I received I contacted F+F to try to resolve the matter privately first. They in short told me that the blouse and it's quality was fine and to just accept it. I insisted it was NOT fine, that I would be reviewing it on EGL (giving them a heads up) and taking the matter up with Paypal.

Shortly after my EGL review went up (http://egl.livejournal.com/17514255.html) Zerozendo posted that she had seen my post before, as if it was redundant (her comment has since disappeared/deleted) Ok?...weird. She posted that my blouse was suppose to be thin because it is a "summer blouse". This was said to me buy F+F in a personal email BEFORE it went up on there website. How would she have known that? While my review was up, F+F changed their tune. They told me that they would change their website and give more info on MONDAY July 4th about the blouse to avoid future misunderstandings. They also said that they would refund my purchase and pay return shipping. YAY! They listened and cared, OR so I thought...

Zerozendo however keeps posting on my review. She goes on to defend F+F's blouse's sizing and ask for users personal measurements (for market research I suspect). She also tries to make me sound like I didn't know what I was doing when ordering my blouse. Stating that F+F showed the lace options. This was ONLY updated Monday and F+F knew that. The link she posted did not exist before then. My blouse was ordered at the end of June. It was not my lack of judgment that caused me to get the wrong blouse. It was them sending an item not as shown, and now F+F is trying to discredit me and cover it up.

At this point I started looking into what other posts zerozendo had made and surprisingly they were on F+F review and info posts. WHO is this person and HOW do they know so much about F+F? Well because they are F+F. I have taken the liberty of taking some screen shots in case zerozendo tries to go back and delete her posts. After doing a little digging I found this F+F website www.fan-store.net/servlet/Page?template=privacy that has zerozendo's contact email as their unsubscribe email so obviously zerozendo is an F+F employee. This is also the same email zerozendo has on her LJ profile (http://zerozendo.livejournal.com/profile). After confronting her she states that she just read this link, http://egl.livejournal.com/15971309.html and that's why she knows so much about F+F (this didn't make any since to me either). She was mildly mocking me while doing so as well. However she never denies she is a F+F employee. You know I really tried to be fair, all I wanted was for them to be an upstanding company, this is so sad!

F+F = ZEROZENDO

F+F what are you doing?! This is SLIMY! IF YOU ARE DOING MARKET RESEARCH THAT IS ONE THING. BUT DON'T TRY AND UNDERHANDEDLY SWAY PUBLIC OPINION BACK IN YOUR FAVOR. IF your going to stalk EGL please don't post with out truthfully saying who you are.
