Help me with measures?

Hello everyone! Well, this is not a normal question but I need the measure of the bottom part of the Fancy Melody jsk/op/skirt, the part that have the print, I'm not good explaing this in english so I made this:



I need the measure of the part in yellow, it can be from the skirt, op or jsk, it does not matter.

If anyone can tell me this I will really appreciate <3
