Costume design help?



 Hello! I'm new so I apologize in advance if anything about this is somehow against the rules..
 
I am new to Lolita in general.. I've always liked the styles and have a few characters that are meant to wear the style, but  I fear since I havent really made any in-depth looks into the fashion that some are inaccurate..

This is my character Sin-Sin (named after what my brother used to call Ice Cream as a toddler). She's an icecream based dream figure, responsible for helping children have good dreams about cakes and candy, and she changes flavour/colours.. Anyway, I tried to redesign her outfit/costume to be more accurate  to the lolita style, but I'm still not so sure about it. Any tips or ideas or suggestions? I'd appreciate it. I'm going for more of the sweet lolita sort of look, it seems fitting for her...
