Weird Bodyline Message?

Not to be a bother, but early this morning I ordered some things from Bodyline. I completed the first order, then started looking again and placed a second order.
About ten minutes ago I got two e-mails saying 'Hello your order item are sent. I mean next time your order item, you can sent me your order list then we can check it
have a nice day
thank you."

Does the mean that in the future if I want to place two orders that soon to just e-mail them to add on the extra stuff? Or does this mean that some of the things I ordered were not in stock.
