How Tall Is Too Tall?

 I've been looking for some lolita shoes since my black high heels are getting old and broken down. I decided to go to the mall and see what I could find. The thing is I looked at them and thought they were really pretty but the heels were tall. I mean I know that I can't get heels that I can't walk in (duh).

But lolita-wise, how tall is too tall for heeled shoes?
