International Lolita Day 2011 NYC, NY

 

For International Lolita Day 2011 I wore head to toe Baby the Stars Shine Bright (headbow, blouse, JSK, OTK socks, shoes and tote bag) only my petticoat, bloomers and jewelry were not BTSSB. (Click on any photo below to see larger version via Flickr, and to see photographer credits)




1st up on my agenda were the panels at Kinokuniya book store (note the last panel on the flyer was canceled few days before the event). There was a standing room only audience for the panels, and the raffle at the end.
Then a group photo across the street in Bryant Park (there were probably double the amount in Lolita at Kinokuniya , then we managed to wrangle for the photo op).
Next some of us headed up to Alice's Tea Cup (with a stop at nearby cafe for some nibbles while we waited for table to free up at Alice's).
