Black Alice shop in Singapore

Hi, I am new to the community. I've been interested in Lolita fashion for several years, but have only recently started investing in clothing. I was wondering if anyone has made online purchases from Black Alice in Singapore. What has your experience been like? My main concern is with shipping time to the United States. The website quotes 2-4 weeks for shipping internationally, and I was wondering if this is an accurate estimation. I live in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, and I am trying to gauge when to expect a JSK I am considering buying.
