Button up dresses in Lolita

(Feel free to delete this if it has been asked before, but I couldn't find it :3)

Okay, I am a very new Lolita (I have only started dressing lolita in the past few months), and I have no job or money at the moment, so I have to deal with what I can find in everyday stores and thrift stores.

Anyway, I'm going to an anime convention, and I wanted to dress full lolita (accessories and everythin) for the first time. However, I wondered if this dress actually worked http://s1192.photobucket.com/albums/aa329/Irrelevant_Lies/?action=view&current=Eeek.jpg

I'd add more poof by layering the petticoat, and would also bring the petticoat a little lower to add length- I just wondered if the colour(s) and the buttons worked for lolita? If not is there a way to save it and make it more lolita?
