Disney Land, Lolita, and Flats.

So I have heard all these stories about, "Don't wear certain Lolita to Disney Land." What is the point of that? What do the DL cast members do about it? Do they complain, treat you different, etc.? I was just curious because when I go to Disney Land I was going to be wearing a VERY casual lolita outfit but still. 
Right now I am going to kill two birds with one stone... Catch two butterflies with one net. ^-^
Is it okay to wear flats with Lolita? I want to but then I don't. I do not know if I am being closed minded or not? What is your opinion on flats with lolita? O:
